Meditation

Meditation is not of this religion or that religion, it belongs to no one, and yet everyone can experience it. It is universal and works with anyone who is attentive, attentive in a state of meditation.
This is the nature of MEDITATION. We must find a way to awaken the joy and sensitivity that is in our BEING. The only way is to try some MEDITATION. No one has ever experienced a true adventure, unless they have ever done MEDITATION. For it is a fascinating journey, for sure healing, in every way one can imagine.
First of all, it is very important that you know, that MEDITATION consists of just being. Just on it. You mustn’t do anything. Doing so will confuse you, if you haven’t managed to be before you do. I don’t think. I don’t feel. I’m not acting. That’s what MEDITATION is just about being and the very fact of being gives you unparalleled joy. Almost no one today is a Being. We all are, but very few of us live it. This apparent character we’ve created limits us in the experience of feeling as we really are.

MEDITATION IS JUST BEING.
WHEN YOU'RE BEING, YOU'RE MEDITATING.
ONLY IN THIS RESPECT YOU ARE YOURSELF.

When you discover that all activity has ceased, when you notice that there is no feeling, that there is no thought, when you feel a deep void in you that gives you eternal silence, you will be in meditation. So, if you’re thinking of someone or something, or feeling something towards someone or doing something, you’re far from what I’m saying. Make the attempt to enter this experience and you will discover the things that remained hidden, until today, about yourself. Inside yourself.

MEDITATION, YOU CAN'T DO IT. YOU CAN'T PRACTICE IT, YOU CAN ONLY UNDERSTAND IT.

This is another thing that’s good for you to know.
You won’t be able to do any MEDITATION. You can’t practice it either. You can’t do it, you can only approach it with a certain attention, and so the link between you and the outside will grow. So don’t be setting a trap. Just remember this over and over again: Whenever you can be without doing, become. When you see that you find a space to just be, take advantage of it. Take it, don’t waste it or you’ll regret it.
In meditation is the OBJECT of MEDITATION. The MEDITATION PROCESS and the MEDITATOR. It has some preliminary stages. In it we will find that we are required by nature, to achieve meditation, that a powerful CONCENTRATION is present. It will lead us to leave our minds in one place, to stop walking here and there. But that is not MEDITATION. Then we have the MEDITATION where the subject finally joins the object and produces within himself an internal content. But that’s not MEDITATION yet either. Then one stays in CONTEMPLATION and in it there is still a mind. There’s still desire. So the CONCENTRATION is to do. CONTEMPLATION is also doing. It can’t be genuine meditation. Only when we are completely relaxed in our primary center, are we in meditation and this can be just an instant and be splendid.

But let’s take a good look, the secret is not to do, not to think, not to feel. And if you achieve this calm, this way of ceasing all anxiety, in body, mind and emotions, will grow in you the experience of ENLIGHTENMENT. Where you are only being and only the fact of being is ENLIGHTENMENT. When you finally figure out the trick. When you realize how it works, you can be in long periods in that state of joy and INFINITE bliss. Nothing compares to the dimension of LIGHT. ENLIGHTENMENT. You can spend 24 hours a day in a state of SUPREME grace. Of inner rejoicing. Gradually you will be able to afford to DO without being disturbed. And be careful, because everybody’s doing something. But that’s not meditation. You only DO the right thing when you ARE the right thing.

First learn to BE and then you can slowly DO. As you gain BEING terrain, if you stay unperturbable, you will be able to do things of the world. Like bathing, walking and even dancing. Being attentive in such a way that your BEING is not suffocated or tormented by anything outside. So this is the second part of MEDITATION. The one about DOING BEING. That’s how it works, believe me. It’s wonderful. When you finally start to feel that restful SILENCE. And remember, I’m using the word SILENCE. For example. Despite me doing this or that, there is not a single murmur within me. No internal winds that shake my being. Within me peace reigns like the sun in the vast universal sky.

MEDITATION IS NOT AGAINST ACTION.
SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO ESCAPE EXISTENCE.

Master Choa Kok Sui Twin Hearts Meditation

Meditation on Twin Hearts is based on the principle that some of the energy centers (chakras) are entry points of consciousness. To achieve illumination or cosmic awareness it is necessary to activate the crown chakra, this can be achieved when the heart chakra is activated. Twin Hearts refers to the heart and crown chakras.
The heart chakra is a center of energy located in the center of the chest. It is the energetic counterpart of the physical heart. It is the center of compassion, joy, affection, consideration, mercy and other refined emotions.
The crown chakra, is the center of divine enlightenment or love or union with the Whole. It is located at the top of the head. When sufficiently activated, its inner center of 12 petals blooms, opening upwards like a golden cup or crown, lotus or golden flower, to receive spiritual energy, which is distributed to the other parts of the body.
With meditation on Twin Hearts descends divine energy to the practitioner; filling it with Divine Light, Love and Power. The practitioner becomes a channel of this Divine energy. Spiritual aspirants who have practiced this meditation for some time may experience being enveloped by a radiant, sometimes blinding light.
This blinding, bright, radiant light is known as Ki of Paradise in Taoist Yoga, as the pillar of light in ancient Kabalistic traditions. By Hindu and holy yogis, it is called a pillar of light, Antakharana, or spiritual bridge of light. Christians refer to it as the descent of the Holy Spirit, symbolized by a pillar of light with a gentle white descent.
When a person practices meditation on Twin Hearts daily or regularly, their mayor chakras and auras are increased in size, making their energy bodies more dynamic and strong. A person who meditates regularly becomes more intuitive, intelligent and physically, emotionally and mentally healthy.
Twin Hearts Meditation is a form of world service. Blessing the Earth with loving kindness, we fill the world with positive spiritual energies.
Blessings can be directed to organizations, specific countries, or groups of nations. The power of blessings is increased when performed by a group of people.
